I put my Gamestop code in successfully but nothing has come through

I put the deluxe code in, and got it immediately 1 elite fantasy pack 12 gold team packs 1 uniform pack But nothing from my gamestop pre order on maddenrewards.com  Help?

My code from game stop  for madden 21 To redeem the romo is not working. I have called game stop multiple times. To contact EA you need an act from congress. 

what’s the deal ea? Can anyone help me

    In situations like these I think protocol is for you to actually contact Gamestop, not EA. Of course, they usually say it isn't their problem and direct you here so uhhh I guess try contacting an EA Chat Advisor to see if they can work something out -- https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/contact-ea-help/
