I put my Gamestop code in successfully but nothing has come through

I put the deluxe code in, and got it immediately 1 elite fantasy pack 12 gold team packs 1 uniform pack But nothing from my gamestop pre order on maddenrewards.com  Help?

Hello.  I pre-ordered for pc through GameStop.  Why?  Wish I knew.  The order confirmation said I'd get another email with download code, which never came.  I called them and they gave me a code, but said they didn't know where I'm supposed to download, other than the EA site.  Any help would be appreciated.
