I put my Gamestop code in successfully but nothing has come through

I put the deluxe code in, and got it immediately 1 elite fantasy pack 12 gold team packs 1 uniform pack But nothing from my gamestop pre order on maddenrewards.com  Help?

    I finally got mine, just took a while longer. The pack never opened, but he was in my binder
