Injured/other players locked on IR!

Why can't We get the Option to Shut off pre existing injuries in the Edit roster menu or the Options menu in the base game outside of any game mode. Teams cut injured players with injury settlements, No reason to lock injured players on rosters. PLEASE EA Madden NFL fix this! 

Teams frequently give injured players injury settlements & release them. Please give us the ability to Shut off pre existing injuries or allow us to cut & trade Injured players because NFL teams have that ability in real life there is no reason to lock players on IR. Pretty Please give the Madden community the ability to fully edit the rosters completely as we see fit. Locking players on rosters hinders that ability.
