[Investigating] Madden Ultimate Team Rookie Premiere Tokens

Happened on June 10, 2022 on Madden NFL 22 Next Gen Version on PS5. I’ve completed all solo challenges and 15 rookie sets, but I’ve only been rewarded with 14 tokens. I believe I didn’t get the token from completing the solos. My missions show as complete for solos as well as tokens but no 15th token in sight.

    Our team is still looking into addressing players that are missing their last Rookie Premiere Token

    I have raised the alert on Twitter to @EAHelp. Not sure it will matter in time.

    Well, Twitter was a failure. They tried to troubleshoot but couldn't do anything about the bug itself or the ramifications of the bug.

    I’m having the same issue. I completed a set Wednesday and didn’t receive a token either  . I reported it to EA on Twitter still no fixes

    I hope they figure it out . I sold my entire mut team for that final token 😭

    completed rookie premier token sets and oibjectives a week and half ago on Xbox series s and didn't receive my final rookie premier token Loc is my gamertag and my email address is [edit: email address removed]

    Had to liquidate players that I wanted to keep but I finally got my 15th token. Nothing like having to earn 17 to get 15.
