Hey there, @Realdre24
I'll try to help with this. What platform are you playing on? Thanks!

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
I’ve actually done that multiple times to be sure and no solution

Try using alternate DNS settings with the steps here. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
- @EA_Aljo Neither is working. I had my ISP come take a peak and still doing the same thing

Are you using one of those modem/router combo units supplied by your ISP? If so, they aren't really the best for gaming. Regardless, they should at least work well enough, but you might want to do some research on your router model to see if there's some help for disconnecting frequently.
You should check the router to make sure the firmware is up to date. Also, see if the ethernet cable has any damage. It should be at least a Cat6 cable as well.
In your router settings, UPnP should be enabled. Also, if QoS (Quality of Service) is available on your router, enable it and set your PS5 to have priority.
- @EA_Aljo Nope they’re separate. I bought separate Ethernet cables as well to make sure.

That's good. The equipment ISPs supply can be troublesome. How about those other settings? Did you check those as well as the firmware?
