Keep losing connection to ea servers randomly

Keep losing connection randomly. I’m wired in. I unplugged the router/modem. Connection speeds are appropriate.

@EA_Aljo Yes those setting were appropriate. It literally disconnects me for no longer than 5-15 seconds and I’m able to sign right back in

Have you talked to your ISP to see if they're noticing any issues with your connection?

    @EA_Aljo No issues as I was on the phone with them and then disconnected again

    @EA_Aljo No I disconnect from MLB the show too. I just did a ping test I’m having packetloss from me to EA servers

    @Realdre24 

    MLB isn't one of our games. If you're losing connection to that as well, this points to either an issue with your equipment or your ISP.
