quick question. When you started playing the game the first time.
Was it at your friend's house or your own? It almost sounds like the ability is getting blocked. I am not sure what the answer is. You may want to have this question moved to the Madden 18 forum. Right now you posted in the Anthem game. You may find others there that have ran into the same problem or have a solution.
