i have this problem with other games. theres suppose to be easy fixes. unfortunately the only fix i could get to work was by deleting and reinstaling it

I power cycled my Xbox one s, and cleared the Mac address. Xbox restarted and I tried to launch Madden 19 and it still did not work :-/. It will start to load, then the screen will blink and adjust the video, it will load for another 5-10 seconds before returning me to the Xbox homepage.
I just purchased this Xbox one s through Costco a week before Thanksgiving, which the video game Madden and FIFA were included in the bundle deal, so this was not on an external drive.
I was able to play Madden for the first two-three weeks of having the new Xbox one s but since the last update Madden has preformed I have been unable to play.
I also tried to uninstall and reinstall the game, that did not to the trick either.

Do you have anything plugged into the USB drive for your Xbox One? I've seen that cause loading issues in the past.
Try checking the power settings on your Xbox to see if adjusting them to a different one (power saving mode for example) will get around this.
