Nah still not working EA haven't been helpful at all been told to power down my console by a couple of em .like switching things off and on fixes them

What do you change the DNS to now? I can’t get into my ultimate team at all I’ve put a lot of money into this game
idk what "DNS settings" are,so how do u do that my guy?
Go to your Xbox Settings > General > Network settings > Advanced settings > DNS settings and select 'Manual'. Then enter 8.8.8.8 as the primary and 8.8.4.4 as the secondary. Then restart your Xbox (don't bother waiting for the network test to finish). I couldn't get past the loading screen either and this worked for me.
Didn't work did it 3 times nothing.

I got the same issue, talked to one of their horrible customer service people and he told me everything I had to do but it didn’t work
