4 years agoDo you have a PC/laptop so a UO Trace can be ran? This way we can see how your connection is reaching our servers. Any way you can run the trace route in the same location as your console and direct message me a screenshot of the results? I'd like to see if there is any packet loss and wide ping variance.

Hey there. I removed your UO trace since it had your IP address shown in it. Your average ping was well over 100ms which will cause desyncs, lags, and disconnections. It happens at this IP address (64.125.25.122). I recommend contacting your ISP for them to review the path your connection is taking to resolve the high latency.
