I only play the classic franchise.

@lstecher Ah, okay. I'm wondering if it's a bug specific to Classic Franchise then. Have you tried regular offline franchise or a cloud to see if it's also bugged on those features?

This just happened on my offline franchise season 2 game one on pc. Opponents score/stats normal and erased all my stats and score and said I lost the game. Extremely frustrating as there is no way for me to go back and replay the game or anything. I’m basically set back a game on all my stats can’t have undefeated season so basically ruined my franchise. I’ve found this game to be very buggy and already want my money back.

This just happened to me as well, so infuriating. I play a game in offline franchise and win 35-27, after the game is over I end up with an L 0-27... I can't seem to go back and force win either so not only did I waste my time my season is screwed up.

@EA_Blueberry I had a game in an offline franchise were I played the cardinals and beat them 112-19 only to have all my stats removed as well as my score. This is going to become a real problem.

@EA_Blueberry Any news on how to fix this glitch?

I've been playing for 9 seasons in offline franchise on an Xbox One.
Now I lost the Superbowl even though the game ended big time in favor of my team.
I decided to resign and start a new profile 5 days ago. Chose to start with a new coach name and a new team.
During the preseason games in season 2 same thing happened.
Kind of irritating to loose big games in a franchise due to a software glitch.

There was an issue that sparked up in Madden 22 about this and it looks like it also impacted Madden 21. The team pushed out a fix for this after launch to address it. Do you happen to be connected to the internet to download the latest updates for the game? If you have the latest updates, I suppose this could be a new bug that recently surfaced. We haven't seen too many reports on it since your latest post, so we'll keep an eye out. We are not aware of any workaround fixes right now and could use more reports from players if this is verified happening often on Madden 21.
