Madden 21 Solo Challenge Screen Not Loading

Everytime I try to enter the challenges, the game gets stuck on the following screen! And I cannot go back a screen, I can't do the challenges, I have to turn off the game and retry! Everything else is working, just the challenges are freezing the game. Started Feb 2, 2021. Need help asap. It is a disc version so I don't know what to do. 

@tjwhitey@Darren2623 my first guess would be that your current lineup causes this issue. I've read several times that there might be something corrupted saved in the background of your lineup which causes issues like that. I'd therefore suggest trying to create a new lineup (e.g. using the 'generate best lineup' option) and rebuilding your lineup.

Same I’ve tried everything like deleting the app going to different menus first and creating a new lineup.

I did try swapping out my team,  changing uniforms , as I had previously spotted that somewhere. But it's still not working, really frustrating. I'm too far in to want to start again! Thanks for comment

@Darren2623 @JTSizzled  ☹️ my second guess: did you already try to do a full power cycle? I've read that power cycling your device might solve issues regarding the connection to EA servers.

I’m having the same issue happened right before title update, I’ve tried best overall, switching uniforms, power cycling, deleting saves, reinstalling game. Nothing works and it’s more than just me some are experiencing the same per Reddit.  Only on PS5 solo challenges, everything else works fine (draft, h2h, solo battles etc) Additionally Everything works on PS4. 

I too have the same issue. PS5 digital user. Started after the new patch they pushed in early February. Everything works except the solo challenges. I even reinstalled the game. No fix. EA is dead to me now. If I can’t play what I bought because they broke it, I should be given a credit or refund if they can’t fix it

I was considering uninstalling but think it could be more to do with my saved game? As you say everything else works fine. Pretty despondent now!

It still will not work. It's not that I can't enter into a specific challenge. It won't even let me select after I have selected challenges. The screen just gets stuck in the loading screen.

Attached shows when I am trying to play solo challenges.  Any ideas on a fix?
