Seems to be a problem across the board. I had it in both the PS4 and PS5 versions. 

It appears to have been reported multiple times by multiple users on a variety of boards and platforms.

Hopefully, a patch. I mean no snow at all repeately would actually be more realistic than playing in several blizzards a year.
