keep getting an error stating that you need to be logged into your playstation network and ea account to access title info. worked earlier now is isnt working at all again on either system

Have you tried resetting the password for your EA Account to see if that helps? Sometimes setting a new password can do the trick with issues like this.

I'm having the same problem as the original poster. I have reset my password, reset my router, reset my Playstation, deleted & uninstalled the application multiples times and have yet to access the EA servers.

Me too, it’s insane. Pay 70 dollars for a game that doesn’t even work smh
I have done all that the only way we can get it to work is by using our hotspot on our cell phones for a little then switching to our house internet then it will work… very frustrating
This worked for me too. But having to do this every time I play madden is frustrating. It works on any other network but my home network. Not sure what on my network stops the game from connecting to Servers for madden 23 only

The fact that there is still no solution or even the fact that EA hasn’t addressed this issue on any of their social platforms is so disappointing.
Same Problem on PS5 tells it can't connect to ea servers and can't seem to connect to ps network. I connected threw wifi. Tried restarting and resetting my password.

Same issues here. I’ve been talking to someone from EA all day on twitter and no help. Just saying it’s a known issue. I played two games of face of the franchise and haven’t been able to sign in for two days now. This is infuriating. Getting the need to sign in alert and then when I try to sign in from the menu it gives me unknown login error.
