Madden 23 server issue: cannot access Face of the Franchise mode

It’s been a full week since I posted this and still no reply from any EA staff or moderators. I also haven’t seen any official post about this issue anywhere.

The truth is, this problem has been going on for at least two weeks — I just happened to publish the topic here seven days ago.
At this point, I’m honestly starting to wonder if they’re actually going to fix it.

I even tried submitting a bug report through the EA support platform, but I can’t find any of my open cases or get any follow-up there either.
