Minimum age requirement

What is the minimum age requirements for my son to play online via Playstation Plus and Madden 2015.  He has a playstation account already and I've purchased Playstation plus and applied the code.

For online play thirteen is generally the minimum age, depending on your geographical region and the game in question.
