missing coins mut 21

I would just like to share that you guys are doing a very bad job at EA. I have been a customer since 2012 spending over 5-10k annually on madden ultimate team and I will be leaving the game because of your customer service. I understand that EA has to outsource to other countries for customer service because maybe it may be too much to hire people within inside the US. But the problem with that is that these people don’t know how to go above and beyond for you. I am a truck driver who is only home a week out of the month and I purchased a few packs and sold all my pulls left 3 million dollars in my purse. When I come back from being over the road to play I see I’m missing 3 million coins . I upload pictures and proof to the first women I speak too who tells me my account has been hacked but she can’t see anything so to call back in a couple of days ? I try to explain to her that I need to speak to a manager because this is unacceptable if I’ve literally been hacked I need my situation escalated ? All she does is hang up on me in a rude tone. I was shocked that someone could just hang up on me in customer service. So I go back out over the road and I come back a couple of weeks later to call since she told me to call back in a couple of days. I get an even more rude representative who tells me that my case has been looked at twice and he’s not escalating it anywhere and tells me if I’m that worried about it to go talk to people on a forum because he’s not escalating my case and just hangs up. Is this what EA does ? Rob there honest clients and then tell a third party company they hire for customer service somewhere in the Middle East just to tell us to * off ? I am hoping someone can reach out to me because if there's one company I've been loyal too its EA. I spend a lot of money annually on the game for a little under a decade and the fact that two customer service representatives treated me like dirt will be the reason I NEVER buy from EA again unless someone can look into this matter how it should be done

It's important to maintain strong account security for both your EA account and console(s) you intended to sign into and play from frequently. 

    Login Verification (Two-Factor Authentication) is recommended if you plan to play from different locations and helps block unauthorized access if someone is attempting to login to your account from a different location: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/ea-login-verification-information/

    The Xbox and PlayStation consoles have settings enabled to force passwords on the account every time you sign into the console. I personally need this myself because of others in the house that could accidentally stumble across to my Ultimate Teams and make changes I don't want. If you don't have that enabled, I'd highly recommend it since you're frequently on the road. 

    These stories are never easy to take in, especially from loyal EA/Madden fans. I wish there was more we can do to assist you under these circumstances, however our Support teams must abide by procedures to ensure the integrity of the game is intact, thus granting coins on accounts is not allowed unless they can confirm it's justified through their investigation. From what has been notated, they cannot verify this claim and will continue to deny it moving forward.
