The same happened to me. I have reached level 5 and have not received my reward. It's unbelievable and a shame. I will not buy Madden again!!!!!On PS5

no rewards after 2 days, communicated with an ea chat two days in a row about the problem and there is still no fix after being reassured that they are doing there best to find a solution! The constant problems this game has after an update is not fair to its users and lowers the quality of the game.
