    I can see you currently have a case open and are waiting to hear back from the advisor working the case. They'll respond as soon as they can. In the future, you might find a quicker response through Twitter/Facebook help. Just keep that in mind if there are any other issues.

    Hi did this and the chat person did nothing told me they’re was nothing they can do and I just have to wait this is the second time this has happened to me.

    I see they asked you to wait 24 hours to see if the player shows up. If they still aren't received after that time passes, contact support again and they'll look into it further.

    This has been a horrible experience. Smh just want my coins or player back what’s so hard about just helping me?

    @EA_Aljo I’ve tried everything just never mind this is crazy people spend money to buy coins ea has no problem deductioning it but can’t give it back this ain’t right extremely frustrated and let down by you guys lack service. This ain’t right.

    Support is available to investigate this for you. We don't have a lack of service. You're choosing not to use that service after advising that's what you need to do to get this resolved. They'll investigate your account and if they can find the item was never received, they should be able to grant it to you.

    I’m using the service in which you’re telling me to if I’m getting service why are they resolving my file if I’ve placed several requests it’s not resolved. Also I’ve provided multiple agents with documentation and numerous details on the issue still dealing with it. Spoke to you yesterday after completing steps you advised and here we are. Check my account check my records see how many individuals I’ve spoken too and been in contact with only to still be dealing with the same issue. Fact that you say I’m not following instructions is wrong as well I’m the customer. We support you’re brand why not try to have some empathy and understand how upsetting this is when you spend your money and time supporting a brand that won’t even back you on an issue.
