Tried to contract EA help and they said come here
Same thing happening with me. After completing challenge the screen that shows progression and cards earned is skipped and never shown and screen goes directly back to list of challenges. I’ve restarted, logged out in and out , deleted madden 21 temp files and restarted Xbox. Still doing it.
