I click on MUT at the main menu and it begins to load, but then I receive a message saying EA is unable to process request at this time. I also have had the same problem since 12/13/19 and this is very frustrating because I’ve been trying to fix it for 2 hours now and I don’t see why it’s not working

@matthalla29 Thanks for giving it a shot. Would you be able to try changing your PS4 to a different DNS server to see if that helps? I've seen cases where using a different DNS such as the public Google DNS has helped with issues like this. To update the DNS settings on your console follow the steps below: 1. Open up the Settings on your PS4, then got o Network. From there go to Set Up Internet Connection, and select either wifi or LAN cable depending on what you're using.2. Select Custom > IP Address Settings (Automatic) > DHCP Host Name (Do Not Use) > DNS Settings (Manual)3. Enter the Primary DNS as 8.8.8.8 and the secondary DNS as 8.8.4.4 -- This is the public Google DNS.4. Select Next > MTU Settings (Automatic) > Proxy Server (Do Not Use) > Test Internet Connection Let me know if you're still unable to get connected after that. /Kent

I also have had the same problem since 12/13/19 and this is very frustrating because I’ve been trying to fix it for 2 hours now and I don’t see why it’s not working

Summarize your bug It started not giving me my stars right away when I complete the challenges and then eventually I try to go into MUT and it says “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.”
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just click on MUT and it won’t let me in
What happens when the bug occurs? It won’t let me into MUt
What do you expect to see? Somehow I can get into MUT
