Not able to enter promo code

Need promo codes. Tried entering the one the EA website told me to enter but said wasn’t the right code. Need the right promo codes please

Hey, @JayDeendKJ

Some of the promo codes for products have specific instructions on them where you have to go to a different website first to claim in which they'll give you a new code to redeem within Madden or on your Xbox/PlayStation account.

@JayDeendKJ this is a Madden Mobile forum. A lot of people get the forums mixed up. It is normal. Go to the Madden 21 forums and ask the experts there. It has the MVP edition cover on it. Sorry, I do not know the answer to the question. Ask @ EA Blueberry. He might know.
