Since it seems like this might be related to importing Drafts, we wanted to see if we can gather a bit more info.
Do you remember the name and creator of the Draft file you imported before you noticed this happening? If so, can you please share that here? I will add it to our investigation.

On my end I used multiple creators, a different one for each in game year basically up until corruption happened in year 6 or so.
If you need specifics I can reinstall the game
and look?
