EA lost a customer for the next few years until I am certain this is not an issue. Two years of wasted money and hating spending all that time to lose my franchise after getting to 5 seasons in.

Offline Franchise - Season ONE - Week 16
I simmed the 4th quarter after putting in backups. The game simmed correctly. It went to the end screen asking me to "finish" and exit back to the franchise menu. Nothing. Black screen and then kicked me out of the game entirely.
Every attempt to load my franchise file results in the same thing. I see the nfl logo bottom left. I see the word Franchise top left. The rest of the screen stays black, and I just get kicked out of the game again back to the xbox main menu. I last tried this eight times in a row hoping for something to work out. No dice.
My console was purchase brand new on August 18th, and this is the only game I have purchased / downloaded to said console.
