I have the same problem with my X box series X. I get around it by clearing the reserve cache and then I have to go through the start up videos etc but able to reload my saved league where I left off.
@dutch8735 This is not a fix though and EA needs to be aware of that before their mods and forum managers pop up out of the wood work asking if this works for everyone. They have done this multiple times these past two years for this issue and then disappear just as quickly afterwards. This has worked for some folks in the past, but not for everyone.
