Only received playmaker pack and not the 10 pro packs

We entered our Gamestop pre-order code on my sons XBox One account (Hitman2310) and only received only the "Playmaker pack".  He did not receive the 10 pro packs.

    I have pre ordered the madden 16 -username Dr. Von Filth -Xbox-1 and I am missing the pro packs included with the pre order purchase. I have also been finishing mut games only to find they have simply not been counted. My contracts consumed with no gold coin nor mut progress. What is going on with maddn 16!?!

    I have won 3 games the past two days that have consumed contracts..yet have not been recorded in mut progress.I am still owed 34 pro packs from my pre order of madden 16. No answers from EA at all. This only pushes my resolve towards not playing the game at all. Not to mention spending any more money on pre ordering EA games.

    Only got 1 pack out of 6 pack on madden 16
