Our servers cannot process your request at this time... PS5!

This problem is still happening. So bad that the game that I paid 100$ for is unplayable on my PS5. I saw the thread claiming this is fixed well that's definitely not the case. Beta wasn't like this.

    Hi @Pantidropper6969 When you have a moment can you try going through a few troubleshooting steps with the Playstation?

    Spoiler
    • Check for updates 
    • Restore Licence
    • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    • Open your PS5 NAT Type
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  
    • Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

    Clear your PS4/PS5's cache:  

    • Press and hold the PlayStation button on your controller.   
    • Select "Turn Off PS".   
    • Let the PlayStation fully power down and wait for 30-60 seconds.  
    • Restart the PlayStation.

    I'm experiencing the same issue and was just on live chat with EA help, they said that it's a problem happening with a lot of people and that they're working on fixing it, not sure how long that will take but I'd expect to miss most of the blitz promo

  • i am still running into this problem and i haven’t played mut in about 2-3 weeks. that is about the only game mode i play as well
