In the meantime, any compensation for the missing out on my Platinum card value?

    @Darshan8801 Our forum team is not able to grant compensation, our Support team can consider that. As Forum Community Managers, we'll make sure potential bugs are escalated up to the proper teams.

    I cannot guarantee compensation for this if we are unable to verify it though.
