Play Now Live not working

Play Now Live on Madden 23 has not been working since at least september 2025 for everyone on every platform, the only thing that happens when you try to use it is an error message saying that the servers are experiencing a high amount of traffic and that it can't process any requests, can you guys please fix Play Now Live before you shut down the online servers on the 13th of july 2026?

    Play Now Live is not working. The game shows an error message after we pick a team for the featured game (Super Bowl of the 2022-2023 season Chiefs vs Eagles). Please, fix this issue. It is preventing us from getting the "Already in Progress" achievement/trophy.
