PSA: Fully Exit Madden NFL 22 To Avoid Loss of EA Play Trial Time

Attention, EA Play members.

It's important to fully exit the game when you are done playing it. If you dashboard to the platform's menu or switch to another game without fully exiting Madden NFL 22, that will result in a loss of time since the game is still running in the background.

Our Support team cannot replenish time lost during the EA Play Trial.

    Hey, everyone.

We've sent these details over to the team for them to raise up to Microsoft. When we have more details on this we'll share them with you here.

Repeating this here to avoid it being missed within the thread. We've reached out to Microsoft and the teams are current reviewing it. We'll keep you all updated on their findings. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.

Temporarily marking this solved for increased visibility
