@EA_Blueberry We aren't dumb we have been closing the game out and quitting and still lost all my hours. Absolutely garbage but that's we we all have become accustomed to with your company. Take the money and run!

So I’ve been an EA play User for years. Just re upped my membership for the madden 22 trial and I played 2-3 hours yesterday morning. Well I purchased the dynasty edition then went to play the game afterwards on my trial and it wouldn’t work. I Know how these trials work and you need to properly close the game otherwise it will run out in the background. I closed it when I was done yesterday and now EA support said my trial is up. Kind of confused but curious if anyone else has had something like this happen?

I have been using a timer and quitting out of the game once I dashboard to the platform's menu. I played 2 1/2 hours yesterday, and when I got back on today it said I had less than 3 hours left in the trail. This is unacceptable.

i played 2 hours of the trial and when i closed the application the timer of 10 hours went down and when i tried to get back on it said my trial has expired

Same. Played for 2 hours when it dropped. Kept getting desync so I closed out completely. Next time I got on it said I had less than 4hrs remaining. Played another 2hrs. Got on this morning and my trial was over.

Why did my trial expire after quitting out of the game and quitting out of it on quick resume. I played for 3 hours and my trial says its already over. I play on the series X and see many people with the same issue. I feel like the game really never shutdown after closing out of it all.

Similar to these situations I had “less than 6 hours” when I completely closed the game and got on in the morning with no hours remaining. In addition to closing out my console was literally shut down and somehow hours still got used. I know you said you can’t add hours but I’m sure there is some level of support that can be done to fix this.

I'm not upset about losing any of my hours, however, I know for a FACT I closed my game and even shut off my Xbox entirely while I left for dinner and to play football. I had five hours remaining, came home later to use up the test of my time, and it was all gone.
