Then why can’t the advisors offer that solution and not pass me off to another department? Why isn’t there a link between EA and PlayStation for each to talk to each other to confirm verification for an account that has been hacked? 

 All this technology with playing online against someone across the globe but can’t simply verify an ID between companies doesn’t make sense! (Venting)

@abcQ6S97QLhM6j Were you able to find any solution on this? I am not even able to open a case with support on this. Pretty frustrating.
