Purchased Madden 19 and FIFA 19 Bundle, but Madden 19 is missing in downloads

Bought a bundle on special on my Xbox one of Madden 19 and FIFA 19. Once completed purchase, FIFA 19 started to download. We wanted to get Madden 19 first so went to manage downloads and Madden 19 was not there. 

Waited for FIFA 19 to finish downloading and there is still not Madden 19 available to download. Any ideas??

    GOT IT. 

    Was on chat with support for 2 hours but we got it. 

    Change your location to United States then restart Xbox. Then look into ready to download folder. It should show up.

    Hey there, what happens if you search Madden 19 on the Xbox Store? Does it say download/install or purchase?

    Hello, I am having the same issue on xbox one. I purchased the madden and fifa bundle however you can't find madden anywhere. There are multiple users showing this on the Xbox store. Reinstall and fifa still is the only game. My Xbox Gamer tag is 'Hey Der Bab' if you can look into it please

    @cwawryk You'll need to contact Xbox support if the Xbox Store page is showing that it isn't owned, we have no way to grant you a game for console.
