We just heard this should be fixed, and the trial should be available now.

    I have EA Play on my PS5 and downloaded the Madden 23 file. My copy is still in transit so I figured I could play on the trial until it arrives. When I try to access the trial - which says I have 10hrs left - a message says I need to buy the game. Does EA Play on PS5 not give you a 10hr trial?
