Re: Kam chancellor daily objectives not counting towards his collectibles

EA_Blueberry do you have any updates?  Thus has been an issue for over a week and nothing has been fixed.

  • @cwedmore care to guess why? because there's no money to be made off fixing this. I don't even care if they fix it at this point as long as I'm credited my token

    No updates yet. Pinged the team earlier this week to see if anything was done but as far as we're aware the devs are still looking into it. They understand the impact this has on the program and we'll share what we find with you all as soon as we can. Some bugs can unfortunately be harder to reproduce or fix without causing other issues to pop up. We can only ask for your patience surrounding this until more details are given.

    @EA_Blueberry that's fine but whats unacceptable is they are going on break until after January so this likely won't be fixed by then. We need to be compensated those tokens the ones that completed this.We don't have to wait on a fix to be compensated

    You see this is why customers get so turned off and pissed off. When we put our money and our hard-earned time into your product (Madden 22) we the customers expect and are entitled to full reparations for your blunders/Mistakes. We should not get ignored and passed over for any reason, This issue has been going on for over a week now, and still no type of fix or compensation, How pathetic. But, as soon as you notice an error that's costing the company money you’re quick to correct that error quickly, fast, and in a hurry (1300 training points went up to 1950 training) within a day that's the type of crap, I'm talking about. So we all know you could fix the issue, it's just that it's not on your importance radar because it doesn’t affect your immediate bottom line. Now I've been on 17/25 since the new season 2 has been out. I have finished the daily objectives every sense hoping they will see that I would have earned a Kam token card each day. I truly hope that you fix the problem and also give everyone who has been affected by this problem they're just rewards.

    I understand where your frustration is stemming from as it can be tough to witness other things get addressed and/or new content get pushed out when there are certain issues still at large. To clarify on what you mentioned about the training offer, it was never intended to be that low and while some players were able to take advantage of the low price, it was never ideal to have it that low. There could have been significant negative outcomes to the value of everyone's players if kept low. Setting the value of an item in the tool is different than identifying in the code where a problem is that is causing the objectives to not track properly. I want to let you know I've sent account examples up to the team and notified the teams who are responsible in getting push on this. I apologize this is frustrating for you and I'll do my part in making sure they are aware of this negative impact on your enjoyment of the game, along with the request for compensation (although I cannot always guarantee that can happen, I'll communicate that request with them though).

    @EA_Blueberry Your first point on the training issue, while the coding maybe different, I would say this problem (cam daily's), left unattended, has also had negative outcomes obviously, probably more so than the training. As for the issue being harder to solve than setting a value on an item. Thats probably true, I'm not denying that is probably something more complicated. But why can't they go ahead and credit us, the one's who've been stuck at levels 20-25, myself 24/25, while they correct the problem. Why do I have to wait when my account clearly shows I could knock this out today if given the opportunity?

    @EA_Blueberry Yeah y'all got an entire team.. and your gunna tell me that this problem takes a week+ with how many people are employed there and how much money y'all make on this game. Jus blowing smoke up everyone's ya know.

    @EA_Blueberry Still not working this evening. Another daily completed and once again no progress. I will comment on this page every day and raise hell. I'm not going anywhere until this is made right. I have nothing better to do trust me

    @rolltide0129 he probably won't have any updates. It's not his fault, all he knows is what they tell him. Still frustrating though

    @EA_Blueberry This is fixed. And looks like they credited my account because I have the token and hadn't did the daily today. I'm assuming they patched this and credited people their tokens.
