I'll help you out here. We'll need to know what type of setup you're working with, what steps you've tried, and some other random questions that could be playing a factor.
- Do you have anything plugged into the console's USB slots?
- Do you use an external hard drive for your PS5 at all (whether for Madden or not)?
- When did this start happening? Were you ever able to play the game normally before?
- Do you use an extension cord or surge protector for your PS5?
- When you visit your cloud and local saves (for all games), do you see any Madden files that are corrupted or located in a different game save folder?
- Do you have facial recognition for your PS5 disabled?
- Have you tried power cycling your console?
- Have you tried re-installing the game?

- Does your PS5 feel hot when it shuts off? Does it have enough ventilation and is in an open space?
- How many PlayStation friends do you have?
- If you Shareplay your game to another PSN ID on your console, does it allow you to play on a different PSN account to determine if this is account related?
