Re: Madden 22 won’t download latest roster

Hi, Madden fans.

I've seen this happen before and we'll have to troubleshoot it to determine what could be the cause for each individual. It is generally tied to a hardware or network issue. 

First, the best thing to do from the start is power cycle your network and console. That clears up most download and game issues.

Reboot the power to the modem/router

1. Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

How to power cycle your PlayStation console

1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4/5 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
2. Turn it back on after 5 minutes. Launch the game.

If that does not work, if there is an option to connect your console to a hotspot connection, try that. If that works, it means the current router you're using might be blocking the download. Logging into the router to verify you have the latest firmware update and having uPnP enabled is recommended.
