they have a defensive camera angle. PRESS DOWN ON THE DIRECTIONAL PAD from Standard view it would be pressed twice, from zoom(default setting unless changed) press it once and it will flip to defensive view.

But all you can do is control your player the camera won't switch to when you have to chase someone it's always facing the QB no matter what. Chase angles disappear at that point
