The email you have assigned to your Microsoft account might be different from the email that was assigned to your EA account. It sounds like you might have two different EA accounts and that is why the email verification isn't showing up. If you click on Contact Us, just select a game or "Origin" to see the next list of categories. Select Manage My Account as the category if you are having trouble updating or changing account details.
If you visit Help.EA.com and sign in using your Microsoft credentials (click the Xbox button to sign in with Microsoft login info), click on Accounts at the top and then "Change Email Address." You'll see what email address is assigned to the EA account that your Gamertag is linked to.
If you are having trouble updating he email address, our Live-Support team will just need to go through quick account verification with you before they can update the email address on the account.
