Some of our services could not be accessed. Please try again later.

It's has been well over 3 weeks cant play the game at all highly upset ea can't and don't know what to do I want my money back. They said contact playstation been over 14 days can't play and can't get my 60 bucks back never again will I support ea #deffnotbuyingbattlefield2042

    I take it you've tried power cycling the console and network to establish a fresh connection to our servers? Also, are you getting any messages regarding being denied access to the game?

    Reboot the power to the modem/router

    1. Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

    How to power cycle your PlayStation console

    1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4/5 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
    2. Turn it back on after 5 minutes. Launch the game.

    Hey, @RikRrosa 

    can you confirm with me what game you're playing and whether it's PS4 or PS5?

    You posted under the Madden 21 forums but mentioned Battlefield 2042, so I want to make sure we're looking at the correct game title when helping you out.

    Can you let us know what troubleshooting steps you've tried from your end so far, such as power cycling the console and/or network?
