Sons account wont connect MUT

my sons account which in a family member PSN account and has his own ea account wont connect on MADDEN 21 was never an issue with any other madden. Anyone know how I can fix it?

@bmloder8 I’m having the same problem with my son’s account. 20 worked fine.
