Still Haven’t received makeright & MUT online head 2 head rewards (August 19-29)

As many of you know Madden 23 has faced NUMEROUS bugs & glitches that has hindered or even fully STOPPED many players like myself & countless others from playing & enjoying this broken game. So let me get into this specific problem that MANY PLAYERS (MYSELF INCLUDED) have either faced, and/or is still facing to THIS DAY!!! On August 19th - August 29th, I would play NUMEROUS MUT online head 2 head season & playoff games (I would win almost all of them & complete them out) and throughout those days I WOULDN’T RECEIVE ANY COINS OR PACK REWARDS for my countless hours played on this broken game. When I was experiencing this problem I reached out to many useless EA Help “advisors” who all of them would tell me the same thing, “our development team is working on a fix & we don’t have any information on when that will be or how long that will be, stay tuned on our twitter handle page for updates”. But when you go over to EA Help twitter page (who is even more useless than the EA Help advisors), they haven’t even addressed this situation publicly or even announced when a fix to this ONGOING PROBLEM will happen. I understand that game developers face many problems during the launch of this game but what is truly mind boggling to me is how they don’t have any problems with releasing packs into the store or any problems with buying MUT Points. And that right there was just a small example on what they choose to prioritize within their game. Because it’s been WELL OVER A MONTH AND I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY MAKE RIGHT & MUT ONLINE HEAD 2 HEAD REWARDS!!! It’s truly unacceptable how they can just ignore the community like this and get away with it too without any repercussions. And I understand that game developers can’t share specific details about their work, but can they at least acknowledge that THIS IS STILL AN ONGOING PROBLEM? Can they announce an estimated time frame for this fix? Can they at least announce that they are working on this issue and not have to find out by an EA help advisor? Can they AT LEAST acknowledge that they made an honest mistake instead of just completely ignoring the madden community altogether? So my point for making this is to raise awareness throughout the madden community because many loyal customers like myself & countless others, have been being treated like this by EA for quite some time now and they can’t keep getting away with this unless more than enough noise is made. Because when problems like this (amongst many others) are still ongoing and haven’t been addressed publicly, it makes movements like #PackStrike #MakeMUTGreatAgain WAY EASIER to support when clearly a lack of attention is being shown towards the madden community and THE GAME ITSELF!!!!  Sorry for the long rant, I’ve just finally had enough of being treated like garbage, BY A VIDEO GAMING COMPANY!!!
