    Hi @Reazziie, 

    Would it be possible to try using a different controller to see if the same issue is still happening? I saw another similar report recently, and in that case there was actually a controller issue causing this to happen.

Whenever I’m on offense the presnap menu pops up and it’s really zoomed out and I can’t snap the ball, audible , or call timeout. On Defense I can’t switch players or audible. Is this a common bug or what?

Which system are you playing on? Have you tested this with multiple controllers to see if that makes any difference at all?
