There's the update from today
The team is still investigating this and we'll provide an update as soon as possible. Keep in mind that some PC users are able to fix performance related issues through PC troubleshooting steps. It's always advised to update your Windows system and drivers for your video card to improve performance. We want to make sure you enjoy the game until we have more information to share around this, if anyone is aware of troubleshooting steps not mentioned in this post yet that helped reduce stuttering in game please share with the community.

I'm pretty sure a lot of us have done all the steps that have been posted, including myself, and there has been no fix. My PC has crashed 3 times due to this game and madden 19 never did once. I don't know what exactly the problem is but hopefully you guys get it figured out. Pretty annoyed i havent gotten to play the game once in 5 days. Just been playing menu simulator 20 the past several days
