Stuttering no matter what i set the graphics to

i'm having stuttering and choppy audio in game, the menus work fine most of the time but even they stutter on occasion. I've tried lowering the graphics settings down to the point everything thing is...

@EA_Blueberry So any updates? Its been 7 days and I've only been able to play the menu. This is getting ridiculous....

    Have any of you tried playing on DX11 instead of DX12 to see if there is better performance. Another forum user posted some improved performance after doing steps in this post.

    @EA_Blueberry did that even before i started this post and while there was improvement it was minimal at best...

    When I change Madden 20's process into 'Realtime', I can play the game. But I have to do that every time I start the game. I hope you can fix the game as soon as possible
