Stuttering no matter what i set the graphics to

i'm having stuttering and choppy audio in game, the menus work fine most of the time but even they stutter on occasion. I've tried lowering the graphics settings down to the point everything thing is...

For clarification is the PC crashing or the game client crashing? Do you get a specific error?

@EA_Blueberry it completely freezes my PC where I have to use the power button to shut down and restart my PC. Madden 20 is the ONLY game I've ever had this issue on.
