Tacklers can make tackler/or QB will fumble off QB slide

Summarize your bug The quartback slide function does not work properly all the time. When the slide command is activated from controller, instead of sliding, the QB begins to high-step and holds the ball with one hand over his head. This usually results in a fumble upon being tackled by opposing team. In addition, the coaching adjustment for defensive backs - "by overall" does not line the best cornerbacks up with the best receivers. This adjustment will also cause my SUBLB to line up against a receiver.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play an online game and attempt to slide with QB. This feature does not work all the time, especially when tacklers are close to the quarterback. The coaching adjustment bug mentioned above occurs everytime.
What happens when the bug occurs? The QB high-steps instead of sliding. Linebackers lining up with WR's causing a mismatch.
What do you expect to see? Similar to Madden 20 before all the bugs came in 21

Anyone else having issues with QB Slide not working. Try to slide and he jumps and always fumbles...no slide when I tap square...tried 10+ times even in open field and the same stupid thing every time.

Quarterback needs to slide not dive.

Controls were changed, double tap the square button to slide. Single tap will now always be a dive.
