The Madden 22 Loading Screen Loop when I play Franchise Mode

What is your Franchise League Name? it’s offline, my most recent one was labeled “NFL” but any one I try doesn’t work at all
Summarize your bug There’s kinda two main things I notice happen in conjunction with each other. First, around halftime of a Franchise game, the camera will fixate on the ball after every play, no matter what. Could be a run, pass, incompletion, interception, touchdown, doesn’t matter. They’ll literally go to halftime and while the guy’s talking it stays locked in on the ball the ENTIRE time. That’s always indicative the second bug will happen, too - which is an infinite loading screen upon exiting the game. The words “MADDEN” and “FRANCHISE” just loop over and over, and won’t stop. These are the two main things I’ve ran into. Additionally, upon saving and going to exit Franchise, it sometimes crashes. This isn’t as frequent as the camera freeze/loop bug, but it’s still happened enough
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play an offline franchise (came across it in 32 team offline) wait for the camera to fixate on ball, then exit game. You’ll get stuck in an infinite loop that never ends.
What happens when the bug occurs? The camera freezes on the ball between every play, no matter the result. This means that the load screen loop is bound to happen, which makes it where it’s literally impossible to complete a game
What do you expect to see? For the camera to not freeze between every play on the ball? Have it focus on the sidelines, players, fans, whatever it usually is. And then I certainly expect to be able to complete a game and have it save my progress - that’s the absolute bare minimum anyone can ask for.

Yes, this happens every single time I play, whether play now or single team franchise. Trying to attach a video of the whole thing as a point of reference but not sure it’s supported

If it's happening every time you play now we can get this fixed, something must causing this to happen. 

Do you use an external hard drive and do you have anything plugged into the console at all?

Is this happening to you with a save file prior to the November update or every time you load up a new franchise?

I take it you've tried reinstalling the game since this has been happening? 

No external hard drive. And nothing plugged into console outside of the essentials (HDMI, power cord, controller charging cord)

Thanks. Have you tried re-installing the game to see if that helped?

It didn’t work on the first disc I tried this with. I went in, used my warranty and got a second disc, and the problem continued. So I haven’t tried that with the new disc

This happened after the November's update. From my side I reinstalled the game twice nevertheless this is still happening!
