Unable to download Madden 23 X/S on Xbox Series X

Purchased Madden 23 Madden Edition Series X/S online.  When trying to install Madden NFL 23 Xbox Series X/S on my Xbox One X, the installation immediately stops and I get the message "Sorry, this game or app isn’t compatible. Choose something else, or try this game or app on Xbox Series X/S. (0x87e10011)”

I have tried deleting my Local saved data and Reset Console steps that's recommended online, but I still continue to get the same message. 

Spoke with Xbox Online support and they said I should be able to install the game on this console type.  

Any recommendations or support to offer?

    Hi @ScubaSteve6975 To confirm did you purchase Madden through the Xbox store on the console or redeem a code? Also to confirm are you on an insider build of Xbox?

    Hey I also have this happening to be but expect I bought mines through the store at Walmart 

    Have you fixed it?
