unable to play, off and on banning issue madden 22/21, PS5 and PS4

hard to explain this its been a long frustrating confusing process for a loyal paying customer.. i keep getting banned and unbanned when i didnt do anything other then play the game i did not cheat ...

    Hey @BLACKMORE68, 

    I saw that you submitted a few cases about the bans you've been seeing. It looks like your case was escalated for further review by the Terms of Service team. 

    As soon as the Terms of Service team has an update they'll get back to you via email. Please keep an eye out on your email for a response.

i recieved this email just like the other 10 i have recie ed says im not banned but still getting these errors

I am afraid but we are unable to find any sanction or ban on your EA account 
If you believe your EA Account and/or user name (user name is your ID, PlayStation™Network online ID, Xbox LIVE gamertag, or game-specific username) has been incorrectly suspended/banned and you would like to dispute this action, please be assured we will definitely help you in this matter.

To investigate in this matter can you please provide us the below information so that we could check and do the needful:-

Origin id linked to your EA account:-
Do you have the access to the email id linked with your EA account:-

this is the endless circle i was talking about just recieved this email and ive given them all these details many many times they say there is no ban but clearly i cant play 

and the person before this told me there was a ban

and the person before that told me there wasnt a ban ?

how can this ever be fixed?

    so they unbanned me i then i spent 170$ on packs  and a week later they banned me again with no reason and emailed me saying i violated the terms and will not tell me what it is that i did i lost my team my money and my progression with no answers this is so unfair to loyal paying customers 

    i think they just kept the ban on me because they cant figure out whats going on with my account ive lost all respect for ea during this

      they wont ever tell me what i did and all ive ever done was play the game i dont see how you can ban someone without telling them the reason in what they were doing wrong ? ive read the terms and conditions and havent done anything

        @BLACKMORE68 You can maybe sue this is outrageous what’s going on and there doing NOTHING about it.
